Meet the team behind the Cwp fc

DR. SUZANNE RUTHERFORD, MD

Search the globe and it will be tough to find someone more dedicated than Suzanne to helping women feel strong, healthy, and confident in their own skin.

Suzanne is a practicing family physician with an undergrad in nutritional sciences. She is deeply passionate about evidence-based nutrition and coaching women to break free from restrictive dieting and find flexible and sustainable nutrition that yields life-changing results.

Suzanne doesn’t just talk the talk. After finishing medical school and giving birth to her second child, she found herself struggling with her own health & fitness. 

"I felt like a stranger in my own body."

Longing for a change, Suzanne committed herself to strength training and refocusing her nutrition. The result? She lost over 30 lbs, has kept it off, and feels better in her 40s than she did in her 20s!

Now she spends the better part of her professional career helping other women to experience the same.

JAKE WRIGHT, BSc

With a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, over a dozen years of experience as a women's fitness specialist, and several advanced certifications, it’s safe to say that Jake is more than adequately qualified when it comes to helping his client's reach their fitness goals.

What separates Jake from the pack is not his education or his experience but his compassion. 

Jake's superpower is helping women to unleash strength they didn't know they had. In turn, helping them to build confidence in the gym, in their bodies, and in every other aspect of their life.

Bodyweight = No Equipment
Simple Equipment = Dumbbells, Bench, Step Riser
Full Gym = Squat Rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Step Riser
Restorative = Yoga, Mobility, Pilates

And more…

Members will be guided on how to choose the workouts most appropriate to them based on time, experience level, and equipment access.

It's totally up to you!
