1: What is the cost of the program?
For early bird pricing, the cost of the program is $150 for the 12-week subscription, which works out to $12.50/week.
Following the early bird deadline, the cost of the program is $200 + tax.
2: What if online training isn't for me?
Give it a try! If you join the program and complete 12 workouts (that's just 1 per week) and are not completely blown away by the program, the community, and the value, we'll happily send you a full refund.
3: Who typically joins the CWP FC?
In a nutshell, it’s any Canadian women physician who are ready to take their health & fitness to the next level.
This includes but is not limited to physicians who:
- have busy schedules and find it extremely difficult to make time for exercise
- are looking for a flexible way prioritize their own self-care
- want to make body composition changes and fit back into old clothes
- want to get stronger
- want to develop better nutrition habits
- are recently post-partum
- are pregnant and looking for a safe physical activity routine
- are stuck in a fitness rut and looking to make changes
By no means is this list complete. There are hundreds of other reasons why Canadian women physicians join our fitness community, but these are some of the main reasons.
4: What experience with exercise do I need to have to join the program?
None! The CWP FC program has workout options for those who are new to exercise, those with some experience, and those who have an extensive history with resistance exercise.
Regardless of where you are on your journey, the CWP FC will provide you with all of the tools you need to take your fitness to the next level.
5: What equipment do I need?
You can start this program with no equipment at all. Each week the program provides a variety of different workouts such as:
Bodyweight = No Equipment
Simple Equipment = Dumbbells, Bench, Step Riser
Full Gym = Squat Rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Step Riser
Restorative = Yoga, Mobility, Pilates
And more…
Members will be guided on how to choose the workouts most appropriate to them based on time, experience level, and equipment access.

7: Do I need to have Facebook?
You do not need to have Facebook to take part in the program. If you don’t have Facebook, there is a weekly newsletter that will keep you updated on all of the happenings in the program so you don’t miss out.
8: I don’t live in Canada but I am still a female physician, can I join?
Absolutely! We have Canadian women physicians partaking in the program who live in the US, Europe, and even Australia.
